Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Camp is hiring for multiple positions. The mission of Camp Guadalupe is to form disciples of Jesus Christ through encounter, discipleship, and adventure. We ask that staff come ready to grow in their faith and live joyfully in Christian community.

A discipleship team member at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Camp is responsible for executing programming for campers, discipleship for camp staff, and facilitating a dynamic camp environment. A discipleship team member must be a witness, leader, and teachable.
A counselor at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Camp is responsible for accompanying campers throughout each camp session. The main priority of this role is to supervise and ensure safety, spiritual growth, and overall well-being of each camper.
A logistics team Member at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Camp is responsible for humbly serving campers throughout each camp session in a behind the scenes role. The main priority of this role is to setup and take down for activities and serve the camp in a variety of different ways.
A kitchen team member at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Camp is responsible for humbly serving campers throughout each camp session. The main priority of this role is to prepare and serve meals, work closely with the camp chef, and provide a hospitable environment.
A media team member at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Camp is responsible for daily production of quality photos and videos, working closely with the leadership team to ensure seamless production of camp forward content, and being a teachable member of the team.
